Delivery Options

There are three main delivery categories: UK, Europe (excluding UK) and World (excluding Europe). Within those categories you have the option of standard or recorded delivery. Depending on your purchases, you will be charged for a card backed envelope (decals or masks only) or a small packet.

Dispatch Times

I keep only very low stock numbers of each item, in most cases parts are made and packed to order. I aim to dispatch items within 7 days after placing the order, in case of any delay I will inform you by email. Delays can occur due to material shortages, moulds that are worn out and need to be replaced or simply (and this is the least excusable case) lack of time. I do this as an extension of my hobby and have my day job as well so I can only ask for a bit of patience and understanding if I can't get the order out of the door straight away. I do take this very seriously though and treat my customers with the highest respect and priority so if there's a delay there's a real good reason for it and I will try my best to rectify it asap.


All packing will be processed with great care due to the delicate nature of many items. Products will be bagged according to their product number with very delicate items individuall wrapped. Product bags will be shipped in a padded and again wrapped cardboard box. Hypersonic Models can't be held responsible for damage incured during transition in the mail system, however, I will try to resolve documented problems by replacing individual parts. If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition please record and report the incidence to both me and your post office with arrival time and extend of the damage.


If you are for whatever reason not happy with the product or my service please inform me in writing via email or post about the problem so we can find a solution, such as replacement parts. If you think the items are absolutely not for you then you can return the to Hypersonic Models using the address on the box, the invoice or email correspondence within 7 days of receiving them. Please inform me of your intentions before you return the goods though. I will offer a full refund (including postage), however the return postage is your responsibility, so in most cases, like broken or missing parts, sending replacements will be the better option.


All payments are to meade in Pound Sterling. Payment vehicle is PayPal where there is the option of using an existing PayPal account or paying by credit or debit card. Orders where payment hasn't cleared after 3 days will be cancelled and the items put back into stock.
