Delivery Options

There are three main destination categories: Japan, Asia (Pacific) and World (incl. Europe and the US). Within those categories you have the option of standard or recorded delivery. Depending on your purchases, you will be charged for a card backed envelope (decals or masks only) several sizes of small parcel.

Dispatch Times

We keep only low stock numbers of each item, in some cases parts are made and packed to order. While we aim to dispatch items within 7 days (usually much quicker), in case of any delay we will inform you by email. Delays can occur due to material shortages, moulds that are worn out and need to be replaced or simply (and this is the least excusable case) shortage of time. We do take this business very seriously though and treat my customers with the highest respect and priority so if there's a delay there's a real good reason for it and we will try my best to rectify it asap.

Packing

All packing will be processed with great care due to the delicate nature of many items. Products will be bagged according to their product number with very delicate items individuall wrapped. Product bags will be shipped in a padded and again wrapped cardboard box. Hypersonic Models can't be held responsible for damage incured during transition in the mail system, however, we will try to resolve documented problems by sending replacements in thefirst instance and then making a claim with the mail service. If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition please record and report the incidence to both HM and your post office with arrival time and extend of the damage.

Returns

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the product or HM's service please inform us in writing via email or post about the problem so we can find a solution, such as replacement parts. If you think the items are absolutely not for you then you can return the to Hypersonic Models using the address on the box, the invoice or email correspondence within 14 days of receiving them. Please inform us of your intentions before you return the goods though. We will offer a full refund (including postage), however the return postage is your responsibility, so in most cases, like broken or missing parts, sending replacements will be the better option.

Payment

All payments are to meade in Japanese Yen and products are priced in Japanese Yen. Other currencies displayed reflect a good daily estimate conversion rate and does not give an accurate figure as exchange rate fluctuations and fees can vary in very short term. Payment vehicle is PayPal where there is the option of using an existing PayPal account or paying by credit or debit card. Orders where payment hasn't cleared after 3 days will be cancelled and the items put back into stock.
