While we are still waiting for Japan Post to re-establish normal Air Mail to most countries, Japan Post has just announced that EMS mail (express air mail) is now working again to France! Due to the relatively high cost, I only instate an EMS shipping option to places where otherwise there is no other quick mail route. So next to the USA, I have now created an EMS option for France as well.
